A bit slow service even when not many ppl. Was present. Food is nothing to write about and is a disapointment to say the least. Available beers are good, but not menny from menu is on tap.

Sabrina, Emile, were great also the accounts person who was very sweet but I didn’t catch her name. I had a nice time spending a couple hours at opening . The beer is quite decent but the service was top notch. Emile read the fountain head. And I hope to see you all in New Orleans - Sam

It was the first microbrassery and still the best

A Rock n roll bar with very good collection of home beers. The atmosphere is fantastic with a jukebox where you can listen to your favorite music or even prank and embarrass your friends. Staff is friendly and prices are good. The only thing I can complain about is that the prices aren't in the menu, they're written in a chalkboard somewhere over the bar, you can't really see it if you aren't sitting by the bar, so keep an eye for it. The car is nicely decorated with original artwork, which is hard to find. Good experience, I had a blast and would definitely come back.

Lunchtime on Canadian Thanksgiving isn't overly busy, ðŸ˜, but good selection of beers, some wine, and sangria. "Hotdogs" are different sausages, large and served in a fresh baguette. Mine was a cheddar sausage, wrapped in crisp bacon. Yum!
Chad VanDerVeen
Great sangria and it was nice to have vegetarian hot dogs as an option. Service was good, too.

Nice little spot. A coworker and I stopped in on a Sunday evening after flying in for a conference. The beer was good, and so was the food. The staff were quite friendly, though the service was a little slow for how few people were there.

Good sangria!

If you are ever in Quebec city and need a pint definitely go here, the beer is amazing, thier sour IPA is the best I've ever had and the wait staff is some of the best if ever experienced, the dude made our stay that much better we even went back the next night and had even more fun as it was karaoke night and we had a blast.
Matt Porter
Nice bar and atmosphere.

Small selection but the beers were good and the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly too. I recommend the salmon fondue, it's not what you expect but it's great!

Another neat bar/brewery located a short walk from The Plains of Abraham museum. Beer was solid and they had something for just about everyone.

Great selection of beer, lively atmosphere.

Cool, hip brewery suitable for US tastes and atmosphere. Exceptional staff. Easy to drink, heavy and light beers. No complaints.

Awesome brewery with amazing people running the joint. We found tasty brews, helpful information, good food, and new friends

A fun environment with unique hot dogs stuffed into baguette European style. The outdoor ice bar was a cool touch during the Carnival weekend.

Enjoyed the patio for a couple beers. Service was good. Can’t comment on the food.

Very good food for a small space and even smaller kitchen.Staff incredibly fun and overwhelmed at the same time, but service was effective

Good selection of home brews. Great location. Limited food selection.

Great location, especially on the terrace outside so you can enjoy “la grande allée†street with a very lively atmosphere day and night. We were there for drinks only and really enjoyed our time there. They have excellent micro brewer beer with very interesting and unusual flavors which I really enjoyed. This is a spot we never miss when visiting Quebec and I will definitely return.

The beer here is very good and uniquely crafted. The pizzas are also tasty but the menu could be expanded a bit.

Coolest spot on Grande Allee. Very unique beers here, I really enjoyed the Maple brew.

Great variety of in-house beer. The European hotdogs are a nice change versus the typical American style you'd find in Western Canada. The brettanomyces fermented and aged three melon ale is perfect for the beer nerd searching for something to expand both mind and pallet. Cheers, Inox!

Great escape from the winter chill, great nachos and bacon wrapped sausages
Martin Cloutier
Good beers. Convivial brewpub. You can even bring your lunch. Or buy something they have on the menu like pizzas, european hotdogs, ...

Great service, great selection, and great staff! Very helpful and speak English well. We went twice during our stay and enjoyed meeting the owner and other patrons. Very enjoyable experience and good beer and food. Close to downtown and worth the visit. Also good music 🎶

Great place for a beer and fries and banter with locals at bar
Ken Hutter
Had a great selection of beers and a fantastic cheese stuffed sausage wrapped in bacon!
Kelly Culp
It's a really great place to go if you want to try interesting specialty beers, however it is limited in what it serves for food, and it serves potato chips instead of fries or salad as a side.

Amazing! We understand this is the oldest microbrewery in the area and the beer was great. Service was warm and friendly. We went super casual and had the Deluxe European Hotdogs. Great food, great price. Sit, eat, enjoy and then keep walking and experience Quebec ♥ï¸

For my week stay in the city me and my friend went here every night, the staff is friendly, great service, they also have this jack Daniels infused beer that my friend drank the whole their keg of, and it was a good place to start a night of drinking if your not from Quebec. One day I’ll be back and get crazy drunk again
